Emma Wale
1844–1910
Children’s nurse. Daughter of Thomas Wale, cordwainer, and Ann, of Berkswell, Warwickshire. A servant at Harrow School until at least 1901. Of the Master's Lodge, Trinity College, Cambridge, at her death; Henry Montagu Butler was master of the college.
