Charles Moore
1815–81
Bookseller and geologist. Resident in Bath from 1853; studied the stratigraphy of Somerset. His collection of fossils formed the basis of the geological museum of the Bath Royal Literary and Scientific Institute. Fellow of the Geological Society, 1854.
