Schoolmaster in Down. Copyist for CD, 1843–8; received charitable payments from CD, 1858–9. Perhaps Joseph Fletcher (1789/90–1861), b. Warlingham, Surrey and living in Sevenoaks, Kent, 1841, 1851, 1861; two of his sons were born in Cudham, Kent, around 1830.
