French governess. May have been employed for Elizabeth Gaskell (Lily) Norton, when Norton was staying with her aunt and uncle, Sara and William Erasmus Darwin, in Bassett, Southampton, 1880–1. Employed by the Langmores, neighbours of William Erasmus Darwin, in 1891.
