Charles O’Shaughnessy

1826/7–1911

Irish shopkeeper, entrepreneur, and polemicist. Owned a large drapers and hardware shop specialising in shoemaking in Kilfinane, co. Limerick, Ireland. Wrote a number of pamphlets including Darwin confounded (1876).
