Alexander Derbishire
1806–41
Naval serviceman. Son of Philip and Anne Derbishire. Mate of the Beagle; left the ship at Rio de Janeiro in 1832. Probably the lieutenant on HMS Victor who died off Cuba while lent to HMS Comus, 1841.
