From L. C. Harrison [1 July 1874]
Our 2d. and smaller Edition was published in 1832. The title ‘English Botany’ or coloured figures of British plants’ by Sir J. E. Smith. The Figures by James Sowerby.1
As ours is bound, Pinguicula is Vol. I. p. 17. and p. 18.2 Tab: 24, 25, 26—
There are references I suppose to the larger Edition—viz. P. lusitanica E.B. 145. P. Alpina. E.B. supp. 2747— P. Vulgaris, E.B. 70 P. grandiflora E.B. 2184.3
I am delighted to hear the extract was of any use—
