My dear Sir
You will remember my consulting you about some one to correct my M.S. & you recommending your cousin.2 When I got home, I thought of my second son,3 who is quite capable of undertaking the work & would like to do so, so that I shall have no occasion to ask for the assistance of your cousin.
Pray excuse the trouble & I remain | Yours very faithfully | Ch. Darwin
