My dear Mr. Darwin

Pray accept my thanks for your kindness in sending me the great book, which I need not say I shall read with the most extraordinary interest; and I hope some day at Down to have the pleasure of talking with you u⁠⟨⁠pon⁠⟩⁠ these high matters.1
