Thomas de Grey, 6th Baron Walsingham
1843–1919
Politician and entomologist. BA, Cambridge (Trinity College), 1865. Conservative MP for West Norfolk, 1865. Succeeded his father as sixth Baron Walsingham in 1870. President of the Entomological Society of London, 1889–90. Maintained the Merton flock of Southdown sheep at his estate. FRS 1887.
