I have the honour to transmit, as on former occasions, for the approval of the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty’s Treasury the account of Mrs. Smith and Elder for the 3d number of Part II, and the 2d number of Part III of the “Zoology of the Voyage of the Beagle”, which are now published.1
I beg leave to state, that as before I have examined the account, & superintended the expenditure of each part.
