Sir/

I have the honour to return to you according to the regulations, the obligation to be filled up on entering the Society.

I beg to apprise you that I have paid into Sir John Lubbock & Cos Bank Mansion House Street, (through Messrs Ward, Merriman’s & Co on account of Mr Blackwell) £10./10s which you may receive on calling at any time after Monday next the 28th Inst.

An acknowledgement on receipt of my subscription will much oblige
