I hope to arrive at Bromley with my blessed mss2 tomorrow by the Train that leaves Charing X at 5.15. & arrives at Bromley at 6 PM

Hooker refers to the manuscript of his lecture on insular floras (J. D. Hooker 1866a), delivered at the meeting of the British Association for the Advancement of Science on 27 August 1866.
